Please include your device model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, whether the issue happened with pasted text, a PDF, a text file, or an image, the exact error message shown in the app, and whether you are using the free version or Study Quiz Pro.

Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, private health information, or confidential study material in a support email.

Common Questions

The app says the quiz service could not complete the request.

Check your internet connection and try again with shorter or clearer study material. If the issue continues, contact support with the exact error message.

A PDF or image does not produce useful questions.

Study Quiz can only create good quizzes from readable extracted text. Scanned, handwritten, low-resolution, or layout-heavy material may not extract cleanly. Try a clearer image, a text-based PDF, or paste the text directly.

How do I manage or cancel Study Quiz Pro?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the App Store or iOS Settings, go to your Apple ID subscriptions, and manage Study Quiz Pro there.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Study Quiz, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.

How do I delete local data?

Saved quizzes and progress are stored on your device. Delete quizzes inside the app where available, or delete the app from your device to remove local app data, subject to iOS storage behavior.

How do I request privacy help or deletion of backend quota data?

Email vincent.tietze@gmail.com. Because Study Quiz does not require accounts, we may need information from you to locate backend quota records associated with your app install.
